Shipping
Everything we send fits through the letterbox, so you don't need to be home to receive it.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days; delivery time is additional. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code.
For now, we do not ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
Packaging
Every order comes with one jewellery box. This is included in the price by default: you don't need to select anything, and there are no extra costs. This way, you can give it away immediately.
If you order multiple items, you will receive one box; the rest will be in a neat pouch.
Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you can cancel your purchase without stating a reason.
How to do it
- Email info@madeyu.nl with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form.
- We will provide you with the return address and a confirmation.
- Return your order within 14 days of your notification — unworn, with all parts, and if possible, in the original packaging.
- We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receipt, including the standard shipping costs you paid with your order.
The costs of returning are for you.
To determine if you want to keep the jewellery, you may examine and try it on as you would in a store. If it goes beyond that and it is damaged, we may charge for the decrease in value.
What the right of withdrawal does not apply to. Currently: nothing. Even jewellery that we have custom-made for you can be returned.
