Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. This period starts on the day you or someone you have designated receives the last item from your order.
How to use it
Let us know within those 14 days that you are revoking. You can do this by sending a regular email to info@madeyu.nl, or by using the model form below. An unambiguous statement is sufficient — you don't need to give a reason.
We will confirm your notification and send you the return address. Return the items within 14 days of your notification.
Refund
Within 14 days of receiving your return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid with your order. We may wait to refund until we have received the items back or until you have proven that you have sent them. The direct costs of returning are for you.
What you can do with the items
You may examine and try them on as you would in a store. If you go further and the piece of jewelry is damaged or worn as a result, we may deduct the depreciation from your refund.
Exceptions
None at this time. A piece of jewelry that we have assembled for you also falls under your cooling-off period. All parts come from stock; we only assemble them for you, and that does not make it an item made specifically for you.
