Here's how it works.
1 — Choose your base
The base is the piece of jewelry itself: a bracelet, a necklace, or a pair of earrings. First, choose the metal — gold- or silver-colored — as that determines the overall look.
2 — Choose your charms
The number of charms that fit varies per base. A chain bracelet or chain necklace can hold several, while for other bases, we assemble them together. Take one if you want to keep it simple, or load it up. Charms of the same metal look the neatest; mixing them is also allowed, but do it intentionally.
Ordering more than one piece of jewelry? Assign a number to each base and choose the same number for each charm. That way, we know exactly what goes where.
3 — Make it personal
A letter from someone you miss or see every day. Your child's birthstone or birth flower. A clover for luck, an animal that says something about you, or just something that makes you happy. This is the step where the jewelry becomes yours.

4 — We assemble it
You order, we attach the charms to your jewelry and send it to you complete. You don't have to do anything yourself: just take it out of the box and put it on.
Adding something later
You're not done when your order arrives. If you order loose charms later, you'll receive a small ring with them. With small jewelry pliers or a sturdy nail, you can bend it open, slide it onto the link, and close it again.
