  • How do I contact you?
    Send us an email via info@madéyu.nl. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
  • What is the delivery time for my order?
    Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. After that, you can check the track & trace code for the exact delivery date. 
  • How do I return a product?
    You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To do this, send an email to info@madeyu.nl.
    Return the product(s) you wish to return within 14 days. Include a note with your name, address, and order number with your return so our customer service can process your return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once we have received your return in good order, we will inform you by email and refund the amount as soon as possible. If the product or packaging is damaged, we may charge the customer for this depreciation in value of the product. 
  • What are Madéyu jewelry made of?
    The jewelry is made of (premium) stainless steel. 
  • Can I change my order?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order (cancel or add products).
